What we collect

From enquiries: name, email, message content, consultation interest, and optional preferred call date. From clients: identity and contact details, financial statements you supply, meeting notes, and correspondence required to deliver advice.

Purposes and lawful bases

We process enquiry data to respond to your request (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract). Client data is processed to perform the advice contract and meet regulatory record-keeping duties. Analytics cookies, if accepted, help us understand site traffic (consent).

Retention

Enquiry messages without an engagement are kept up to 24 months. Client advice files are retained for at least the period required by financial services regulation (typically six years or longer where rules demand). Cookie consent choices stay in your browser until cleared.

Sharing

We may share necessary information with your solicitor or accountant when you ask us to, and with professional indemnity insurers or regulators when legally required. We do not sell personal data.
