Intellectual property

Text, layout, and brand materials on this site belong to Westmere Financial Planning or our licensors. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse them without prior written consent. Written plans prepared for you remain for your personal use; redistribution to third parties beyond your solicitor or accountant requires our agreement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website content alone. For paid advice, our liability is limited as set out in the client agreement and subject to professional indemnity arrangements.
